Year Established  January 29, 1979

Our clients shall service in order to satisfy our clients. Our clients shall be the focus of our services and their satisfaction shall be the measure of our success.
  2. We shall regard our human resources as key to our success and shall equip and empower with skills and competencies necessary to make them effective in theiur work. Under a culture of trust, professionalism, integrity, efficiency and productivity, be contributed to the fulfillment of their potentials. We shall move and work together to achieve not only to our share goals for the company but also to each other’s personal goal of a happy and descent life for the family.

We shall contribute in professionalizing and improving the services of rural bank by modeling a highly competent, productive and empowered management and work force.
